Taiha Wagner, founder/director of The Mom on the Go Network, has a passion for supporting women in the
trenches of motherhood. As a mother of three herself, she knows first hand what it takes to keep her family
healthy, balanced and intact. In 2002, after the birth of her third child, Taiha created a small business that would
aid mothers in integrating two things that seemingly conflict one another, a wellness centered lifestyle and
motherhood.
Using her knowledge of wellness and her experience as a nurse, Taiha began to offer mothers what she felt her
community was lacking - an environment in which mothers could learn to care for Mind, Body and Spirit.
Teaching mothers to care for themselves first and to be the leaders in their families and communities, is a
personal passion for Taiha.
Taiha has been a nurse since 1989 and is founder of The Mom on the Go Network in Eden Prairie, MN. She is
producer and host of "Mom on the Go Radio" and has contributed to national podcasts such as Healthy Family
Talk Radio, Mom's Soap Box Radio and Everyday Parent with Lorraine Pursell. She has been featured in Eden
Prairie Magazine and several local newspapers. Taiha facilitates workshops and speaks frequently to area mom's
clubs, community groups, expos and special events such as Mom-Camp.
